We would not hesitate to recommend Denise to any pet lover. From the first moment Piper met Denise, he's looked forward to her daily visits. It's clear that the affection is mutual. Denise makes sure that Piper's individual needs are met. She keeps up with our busy schedule and has housed Piper as a guest on very short notice when we had a death in the family and had to travel right away. It eases our minds to know that Piper is well cared for when we're at work. We're often given bits of advice and observations if Piper is acting out of the norm. If it wasn't for Denise noting that she saw a barely noticeable limp in Piper's gait, we would have thought it was all in our heads. We found that Piper had strained his leg while being his usual energetic self. This is an example of how diligent and caring Denise is with animals. She gives each animal all her attention and it shows in how happy Piper is. We trust in Denise to take care of our four-legged son and have felt that her and her family (dogs and humans alike) have become a part of our family! We would highly recommend Denise for all your pet's needs. Denise has been doing 2X weekday puppy visits with Jax since the week we brought him home last winter. We have also completed a puppy training course with her as well. As first time puppy owners, Denise has been invaluable. Denise is our go to person when we have health, safety and training questions. She is always there to provide advice and to reassure us. I can't imagine not having her in ours and Jax's life. Denise is very flexible, easy to reach, and accommodating with our hectic and busy schedule. Above all, she provides me with peace of mind knowing that Jax is getting all the fun and attention he needs and deserves during the day. Two months prior to moving to Durham our Yorkie had lost his 13 year old brother and was dealing with a lot of changes. We hired Denise to come to give him a mid-day walk. Within a week of visiting our home to meet us all, Denise was our regular dog-walker. We find that Bandit is happy and content when we get home. We appreciate the daily communication book where Denise tells us anything we need to know. We recently had Bandit groomed by Denise and couldn't be happier. She loves pets and it shows!

Denise has been a godsend to us and our pets. We needed special care for our animals over the summer while we travelled to Nova Scotia. Our Collie, Shelby, suffers separation anxiety, so we were particularly concerned about how she would be with such a lengthy absence - 2 weeks. When we left her for 1 week last year to go to Florida, she was very stressed upon our return, We didn't want the same to happen with a longer time away. Denise cared for all of our animals which included Shelby, 2 cats, 1 leopard gecko and a fish tank full of fish. Upon our return from Nova Scotia, we were so pleased to find that Shelby was in good spirits and there was no sign of stress or separation anxiety. I know this is because Denise spent quality time caring for Shelby as though she was her own lovable dog. We have found the best possible caregiver for our animals in Denise and for once I was able to go away without fretting over my animal family. Denise sent daily texts to advise us that all animals were okay - it was a tremendous relief for all of us to know that they were in such loving and capable hands. Shelby has never been keen on brushing and grooming but with Denise's one on one, Shelby actually looks forward to Denise's weekly visits. It is apparent that Denise puts her heart into every animal she cares for and they greet her with hugs and kisses. In addition, Denise has valuable insights and information about pet care which she shares readily with us. In my opinion, Denise is the best pet care person I have ever had to care for my animals. I'm very thankful to her and recommend her to anyone who genuinely loves their pets and wants the very best care for them. Denise is the BEST.
