POLICIES:
We meet with you and your pets to discuss your specific care and/or training needs. There’s no charge for this initial meeting. All pets are screened carefully before accepting boarding requests. All pets have current registration information on file with us, and we require current vaccination certificates (Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella). Seasonal flea and heartworm medication is also mandatory. Dogs that are not spayed or neutered will be discussed on an individual basis.
A $25 holiday fee is charged per day for all statutory holidays (Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Please note that if care is provided over a holiday weekend but not on the statutory holiday day, a one-time holiday fee of $20 will apply. We're happy to discuss special needs care. Medication administration is $20.
